Platform20.net ("Platform20," "we," "us") sells digital financial planning templates and trackers for use in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. By purchasing or downloading a product from this site, you agree to the terms below.
License. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within a single business. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your own organization unless you've purchased a tier that explicitly grants those rights (for example, a White-Label tier where offered).
Not professional advice. Platform20 products are organizational and planning tools. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed accountant, tax professional, financial advisor, or attorney. Always confirm your specific numbers and situation with a qualified professional before making financial, tax, or lending decisions.
No warranty. Products are provided "as is." While every template is built and formula-checked before release, Platform20 does not guarantee the templates are free of error or suited to every specific use case.
Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of purchased products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Platform20 collects limited information necessary to deliver purchases and communicate with customers.
What we collect. When you make a purchase, payment and order information is collected and processed by Gumroad, our payment processor — Platform20 does not directly store credit card information. If you provide your email (at checkout or through a signup form), it may be added to our mailing list to deliver your purchase and send related product updates.
How we use it. Your email is used to deliver purchased files, provide customer support, and occasionally share relevant new templates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
Third parties. We use Gumroad for payment processing and product delivery, and Mailchimp for email communication. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Data retention. We retain purchase and email records as long as reasonably necessary to provide support and comply with legal and tax obligations.
All sales are final. Because every Platform20 product is a digital file delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you believe you were charged in error, or a file is genuinely corrupted or missing content described on its product page, contact us and we'll make it right.
